i wonder who's in your arms especially because you did me wrong. you know sad songs are the best songs you dont have to wonder how its gonna end......."
And with that being said, I am back!! Still having issues but honestly who doesn't?? So for all those that do still talk to me, hi lol. Ok work issues, and love life issues. I'mma address the love life first cuz the lyrics I posted are relevant and I dont wanna confuse people lol.
Where did my love go wrong? I feel like I do everything I can to keep a great relationship going or at least building one but something always backfires. I feel like Earl from "My Name is Earl". I do all these good things for other people and I still get the short end of the stick. Unlike Earl, I won't give up because: 1) I'm a hopeless romantic, and 2)I want to be in love again. I swear relationships are really like a full time job and so far I'm in need of more hours.....
Now to my job. Ugh these muthafuckas I swear will not give me any good reason for me to feel like is justifying enough for me to realize why I'm not getting any hours. I got plans this summer and please believe I will go through with all of them. I really feel like Cam'Ron right now so on that note I will finish this blog off with another song.

moving..........
Hey people. So I'm thinking about packing up my blog and moving to the rival page wordpress.com. This came about when I found out that I can download the app to my blackberry and blog from there. I think that is the greatest thing because I'm not always as creative on the computer as I used to be. So with that said, in the next week or so this blog will become a personal blog until i decide i wanna start two on wordpress.

New Music!!!!
Ok so obviously some of my friends are hard of hearing lol. I told yall to follow my sister for up and coming artists if you want new music. On twitter she is amoreSTEPH. Ok on to the music. So as yall already know I can get possibly any cd in the world if it has a mp3 format to it. So in my usual online travels, I came across some new artists with the help of some friends and Twitter. First off shoutouts to the homie Big Sean, Shawn Chrystopher, Curren$y, Carlos St John, Echo, and my homie Castle. You can follow all of them on twitter if u like and i have links to their blogs and webpages.
First off, Monica's new album is the truth!!! Her voice is so timeless and she can go over any beat. Too bad it was only ten tracks but they are ten strong tracks. I wish my former wifey the best with this album. I will post the link at the end of the post.
Secondly, Big Sean is somebody to watch. He has that swag Kanye overflows people with and I don't know if the world is ready for 2 Kanye's but Big Sean isn't Kanye. He's Big Sean and he is a big deal. Flow for days and very witty with the punchlines.
Third, Echo is a rapper from the west coast holding it down like he still lives in NYC. Phenomenal flow and his delivery is right on time. Hopefully He can become the second coming of Pac and bring the West back to superstar status.
Curren$y I have no idea why I let him slip. I don't know what label he's signed to I think he's a Young Money artist but he is ridiculous! This Smokee Robinson Mixtape is fiyahhhhhh!!!!
Last but not least, My homie Castle. follow him on twitter because he's a cool ass dude and his production is redundantly hot. Winter Solstice and Out There EP are hot. I don't usually just listen to instrumentals but Winter Solstice had me at work last night ready to write a hot 16 and I can't even remember if I ever have written a hot 16 lmaooo.

What Happened to Butch McRae??
So I bet you're wondering, "who the hell is Butch McRae?", well he is a fictional character from the movie "Blue Chips". Anfernee Hardaway (who is also in my top 5 players of all time) played Butch in this movie back in '94. So how does Butch relate to me u ask?? Well honestly Butch is in all of us. Butch was the guy who had all of the talent but wanted to make sure his family was taken care of before he was a star. I go by the name of Butch McRae on the basketball court because I care about the win. I don't pay attention too much to what I do on the court. I play hard and I want to win to stay on the court.
Anybody that knows me knows that playing in the NBA was one of my dreams. It was a dream deferred by my own accord. I didn't put in the necessary work to make it happen and now I realize that. I didn't want to be a star like Kobe or Lebron. I was the role player. I'm the John Paxson, Steve Kerr, BJ Armstrong, Derek Fisher, Robert Horry of the team. I am more than willing to take the big shot at the end of the game for the win and carry the loss on my back and in my heart forever.
I know you're asking, well what about the title? Well thats a good question. What did happen to Butch?? Well honestly he didn't take care of his body like an athlete should. His knees hurt all the time and so does his back. He's still active with basketball. He coaches, plays pick-up games, and is looking into coaching a high school team. Butch could've been the best that ever played the point guard position. In his mind he is still.
So how does this apply to me? Well because we all can relate to a character in a movie. No matter the plot or the background of the character, there is a part of that person in us. I am Butch McRae. I am a former basketball player and future coach. Ask about me.

IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I feel great. I haven't blogged in a minute because I wasn't motivated. I'm coming back though. I have some new music to talk about and the playoffs are starting. I share a birthday with Chuck Norris, and Osama Bin Laden. Lol so if you know me who do you compare me to?? lmaoooooo I'm just playing but who in the world would you want to share a birthday with??
